Order Preparation Times

Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days of purchase, but we may extend preparation times in busier periods.

Estimated arrival dates will always be updated at the checkout page prior to purchase and cannot be changed afterwards.

Estimated arrival dates can be found in your order confirmation email - this is the first communication we send after your order is placed.

US-Domestic Shipping Options

We offer two delivery options - standard and express - in the US, and free standard delivery.

Express delivery (DHL/FEDEX/UPS) completes 3-5 days after dispatch and standard (USPS) completes in 7-10 excluding holidays.

The signature requirement on our express service can be waived once your order has been shipped.

Your checkout price is final and no additional fees will be charged before delivery is completed. No tariffs, no surprises.

Should you change a delivery after it has been collected from our warehouse - eg. address changes, requests to deposit in a safe place - you will assume responsibility for any loss or damage to the parcel and neither Kit Trove nor the shipping company can provide a refund or replacement for your purchase in such instances.

EUROPE Standard Services

We work with a number of partners to provide standard delivery services to destinations around the world:

  • Royal Mail
  • Parcelforce
  • Starlinks Global
  • Deutsche Post

Delivery times and availability for each will vary by destination, but an accurate and up to date set of options will be available after entering your address but before entering your payment information.

Typically, each of these partners will hand parcels to the local postal service in the destination country to complete delivery.

The tracking for some standard services may take up to 72 hours to update after you have received your dispatch confirmation email.

Shipping Conditions: Europe only, maximum weight 2kg


Delivery days: Monday – Friday only, excluding public holidays

Signature required: No

 

Typical transit times:
  • Germany: 2–4 working days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–10 working days
Your parcel will be transported from our warehouse via DHL to the Deutsche Post International hub in Frankfurt, Germany. After arriving, the parcel enters the German postal network and is forwarded to the destination country. Final delivery will be carried out by the local postal service in your country.
Your tracking number ends with DE. Tracking updates will only start to show after the parcel is scanned in Frankfurt, which can take up to 72 hours.
